Meet the speakers
The voices joining us in Melbourne
Julie Fedele
Founder, Speaker · Human Design & Identity Expert
Julie Fedele's talk, 'Nine Years to Say One Word', begins in London in 2017, where she moved her family across the world for a dream role and broke just three months in.
Rather than quit, she built six income streams over four years from an executive seat — then resigned, sold the house and came home. In the middle of that journey, when the title went, she had nothing to answer with. Twenty years of being described by an org chart, and the description left with the job.
Human Design is what filled the gap. It gave her a description of herself that didn't belong to an employer. This is a talk about rented identity, and what you find underneath when it goes. The word arrives after the building, not before. Julie's took nine years.
Melissa Yu
Founder & Managing Director, MCO Events · Keynote Speaker
Melissa Yu is the Founder and Managing Director of MCO Events, one of Australia's award-winning corporate event agencies delivering conferences, trade shows and large-scale experiences for brands across the country.
Drawing on a background in psychology and more than a decade producing events, Melissa has developed a unique perspective on what drives trust, influence and lasting business growth.
As a keynote speaker, she challenges founders to think beyond marketing and technology, showing why the businesses that stand out over the next decade will be those that create meaningful human connection.
Chent Thambiah
Entrepreneur, Founder & Investor
Chent Thambiah is an entrepreneur, founder and investor who has spent the past decade building businesses, advising founders and turning setbacks into catalyst moments.
Originally from Auckland and now based in Melbourne, his journey has taken him from gangs, drugs and violence at age 14 to building projects on the frontlines of mixed reality, blockchain and AI.
He leads The One Percent Shift, a movement helping founders unlock their big breakthrough and navigate rapid growth across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the UAE. His message is simple: your circumstances don't define your future, but your next decision does.
Natalie Williams
Founder, Wealth Creators · Business & Mindset Coach
Natalie Williams is a Kiwi founder, entrepreneur, disruptor, global investment property strategist and Tony Robbins-trained business and mindset coach whose work sits at the intersection of mindset, entrepreneurship, wealth, property and freedom.
With 20M+ global media views and access to $100B+ in global real estate inventory, she is the Founder of Wealth Creators, helping investors build wealth engines through high-return property opportunities across the USA, UAE and Bali.
A former pastor, manager to hip-hop world champions, and founder of a government-funded suicide prevention tour reaching 50,000+ young people in New Zealand, Natalie brings a powerful perspective on self-mastery, resilience and the inner game of success.
Sid The Entertainer
World Champion · Entertainer · Performance Strategist
Sid the Entertainer is a world class vibe creator. As one of Australia's leading multi-disciplinary entertainment specialists; MC, DJ, dancer, choreographer and actor, Sid Mathur has appeared on stage and screen globally.
Some of his escapades include dancing alongside Guy Sebastian to open for Taylor Swift, movement consulting on Hollywood blockbuster Thor: Ragnarok, playing to crowds of 90,000+ as the resident DJ for Gold Coast's largest NYE party and being invited to Buckingham Palace in London to add some hype to the Commonwealth Games Queen's Baton Relay. Most recently, he's taken what started as a side quest a little too far and become an aerobics world champion, winning gold for Australia.
With a unique, infectiously joyous energy, Sid the Entertainer is more fun than a room full of bubble wrap.
