Ticket orders
Inspired Founders collects buyer name, phone and email and any guest details you provide to process your booking, issue tickets and send event confirmations. Payments are processed by Stripe. Private order records and ticket email delivery use Lovable Cloud. Authorised event staff can access order and admission details for event management.
Email updates
If you opt into email updates, your name and email are shared with Flodesk for the selected city's list and future opportunities. This is separate from advertising consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails. Ticket confirmations are sent whether or not you opt into marketing.
Facebook advertising measurement and ticket reminders
The live Christchurch and Perth event pages and checkout use Meta's Facebook Pixel to measure event-page visits, checkout visits, starting payment and verified completed ticket purchases, support ad optimisation and build separate city visitor audiences for ticket reminder ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive your IP address, browser and device information, advertising cookie identifiers, page address, event city and the actual purchase value in NZD for Christchurch or AUD for Perth. We do not send buyer or guest names, emails or phone numbers for customer matching. Test payments and preview event-page visits are not reported.
Where advertising consent is required, tracking stays off until you accept the current notice, including ticket reminders. If your region cannot be determined, the same consent requirement applies. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement may run without a banner, but a saved refusal and recognised browser opt-outs are respected. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Rejection or withdrawal stops future advertising reports, and previously blocked purchases are not replayed.
Your advertising choice is saved in your browser with an anonymous visitor reference, time, region and the version and text of the notice shown. Previous acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. A reported purchase keeps a reference to the choice that allowed it. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Meta processes received data under its own privacy policy.
