Event Visionary & Keynote Speaker
David Yakas is an event visionary and keynote speaker based in Western Australia with 15+ years of experience across 1,000+ events and 100+ locations.
He started out in mining and finance, then walked away from a stable corporate job to build something of his own from a home office in Karratha. That leap grew into a company with offices across the state and a name for events that connect people and hold up under pressure.
Today he speaks and mentors on what it takes to lead with purpose and deliver results, on stage and off it. His approach: solutions that work, ideas that inspire.

Lezly Kaye is a business mentor, speaker, and founder who teaches women that you don't have to sacrifice your life to build something successful. She built a life first, then built her businesses around it — she now runs multiple companies in roughly twenty hours a week.
She built a $60M business and lost it through a partnership breakdown, rebuilt solo to $20M and burnt out, lost her marriage, and rebuilt again from scratch. Across 18 years in recruitment she placed 50,000+ people, built teams of 40, and broke 8 world records at Hays.
AICD trained and a certified Master Coach across NLP, hypnotherapy, breathwork and somatic work, Lezly has been featured in SmartCompany, Business Insider, Mamamia and 9News, and hosts the Unmasked Founders podcast.

Entrepreneur, Alignment Mentor & Podcast Host
Lucy Carter is an entrepreneur, alignment mentor, and founder of Unbusy On Purpose and The Unbusy Collective. She started her first business in hair and makeup at 17 and has spent 20+ years navigating entrepreneurship.
Burnout, grief and significant life changes led her to question the version of success she'd been chasing — she found that slowing down and reconnecting with herself created more clarity, self-trust and business momentum than constantly pushing ever had.
Today, through mentoring, her podcast and community, Lucy helps women understand the patterns keeping them stuck in overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, and create businesses that feel sustainable and genuinely their own.
