Lucy Carter is an entrepreneur, alignment mentor, and founder of Unbusy On Purpose and The Unbusy Collective. She started her first business in hair and makeup at 17 and has spent 20+ years navigating entrepreneurship.

Burnout, grief and significant life changes led her to question the version of success she'd been chasing — she found that slowing down and reconnecting with herself created more clarity, self-trust and business momentum than constantly pushing ever had.

Today, through mentoring, her podcast and community, Lucy helps women understand the patterns keeping them stuck in overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, and create businesses that feel sustainable and genuinely their own.
