Luisa Hogan

Luisa Hogan is the founder of Vermelho, a Perth-based leadership consultancy, and advises founders and executive teams on how to lead well while the pressure is still live.

Years ago she stepped into a CEO role at an organisation that was already failing, spent months fighting to turn it around, held her team together through all of it, and then sat in the board meeting where the decision was made to close it. That year shaped everything she teaches now, including her philosophy that steady is the new strong.

Luisa has held COO, Chief Development Officer and CEO roles, co-founded an award-winning apparel brand, and is the author of two books. She hosts The Second Voice podcast and recently took out Gold in Consulting and Advisory Services at the 2026 AusMumpreneur Awards and Best Leadership Resilience Consultancy Australia 2026 in the Best of Best Review Awards.
